Using VibeSafely
You may only scan domains you own or have written permission to test. Scanning third-party sites without authorization may violate computer-misuse laws in your jurisdiction and is a violation of these terms.
Authorization to scan
Every scan you launch requires an explicit acknowledgement that you own the target URL or are authorized in writing by the owner to test it. By checking that box (in the web UI) or setting authorization_ack: true in an API request, you represent and warrant:
- You have the legal right to authorize security testing of the target URL.
- You will not use VibeSafely to scan systems you do not own or have permission to test.
- You accept our Responsible Use Policy, which defines the scope of our probes.
- You will indemnify VibeSafely against any claims arising from scans you launched without proper authorization.
Unauthorized scanning may violate the US Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, the UK Computer Misuse Act, and equivalent laws worldwide. We cooperate with law-enforcement requests where required.
Prohibited targets
Even with authorization, do not use VibeSafely against government systems, critical infrastructure, health-care systems, or any target where testing is restricted by law or regulation without explicit legal sign-off.
VibeSafely explicitly does not scan government, military, healthcare, financial services, critical infrastructure, academic, or defense-related domains worldwide. This applies to any country or region and is enforced automatically. Attempting to use VibeSafely to probe government systems, hospitals, banks, utilities, or other protected infrastructure violates the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (USA), the Computer Misuse Act (UK), and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions globally. Violations will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your account. We may suspend accounts we believe are being used to harm others.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed per the pricing page. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled case by case.
No warranty
VibeSafely surfaces common misconfigurations from an external attacker's point of view. It is not a substitute for a professional penetration test. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
